Therese Austin is a licensed conveyancer with over 30 years of experience in the field of property law.

During the course of her career, Therese has gained wide ranging experience in all aspects of property and conveyancing.  Since joining Coleman Greig, she has quickly proven to be a highly valuable member of the property team, with a comprehensive and well-rounded knowledge of the law. 

Therese particularly enjoys working in the field of residential conveyancing and her focus now lies in assisting Coleman Greig's clients - from first home buyers through to property investors - with what can often be the largest and most important transaction of their lives. 

Therese guides our clients through each step of their conveyancing matter, ensuring that their experience is always as stress free as possible.  Her work consistently demonstrates her efficiency and professionalism, as well as her trustworthy and friendly nature.
Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Therese ran her own conveyancing practice in Gladesville for a number of years, and has also worked with legal firms in the Southern Highlands where she resided for a period of time with her family.

In line with Coleman Greig's commitment to the community, Therese has always strived to provide assistance to disadvantaged clients and those in need of advice and support.  Through the partnering of her wealth of knowledge and decades of experience with regard to property and conveyancing matters, Therese prides herself on providing an extremely high level of personalised service to all of her clients - delivered with the utmost efficiency and ongoing dedication to getting the job done. 

She enjoys being active in her local community, and has been a past member and secretary of the Gladesville Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a current member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division, and a Justice of the Peace.
