Elicha Reitsma is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Human Resource strategies and initiatives at Coleman Greig.
Prior to joining the firm, Elicha has had many years experience working in similar roles within other professional services firms including engineering and financial service organisations.
Elicha understands the nature of professional service firms and the unique pressures and requirements placed on professionals within the organisation. As a result, Elicha works hard to ensure that the Human Resources policies, procedures and strategies employed at Coleman Greig will support the staff in the provision of outstanding service to clients, and in achieving the firm’s vision to be Western Sydney’s leading law firm.
As Human Resources Manager, Elicha works closely with internal stakeholders of all levels whilst managing the responsibility of facilitating cultural change and performance management programs within the firm as well as the recruitment lifecycle, professional development programs and staff wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives.
Elicha is an active member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and Australasian Legal Practice Management Association and regularly attends these professional programs, as well as representing Coleman Greig at various external Human Resources forums and meetings.
