Warrick McLean is the Chief Executive Officer of Coleman Greig Lawyers. Warrick commenced with the firm in 2006 and became an equity Principal of the firm in 2007. With offices in Parramatta, Norwest and Penrith, Coleman Greig is the largest commercial law firm located outside of the Sydney CBD servicing clients in Australia's third largest economy, Western Sydney.
Warrick works extensively with the Principals and staff of Coleman Greig to identify, facilitate and implement the firm's strategic direction. His background and expertise in human resource management, finance, business development and IT enable him to provide the necessary support and guidance required in positioning the firm as Western Sydney's leading law firm.
Warrick McLean has extensive professional services firm experience, having managed firms in the accounting, medical and legal professions since 1997.
Warrick has been an active member of the NSW Business Chamber, having been elected as a Councillor in 2014, and as a Board Director in 2018. Warrick chairs the Skills Committee and is a member of the Infrastructure Committee.
Warrick has been an active Not for Profit Board member for over ten years, and is a former past President of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA), current member of the Riverside Theatre Advisory Board and a previous member of the City of Parramatta Local Residents Advisory Committee. Warrick is also the Community Representative on the City of Parramatta Local Planning Panel.
In 2016, ALPMA recognised Warrick's contributions and achievement to the organisation and presented him with Life Membership.
