Robert Szuszkiewicz is an Associate and a member of Coleman Greig’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Robert has 6 years’ experience in civil litigation matters, dispute resolution, debt recovery, property disputes, high value development projects, building and construction and commissions of inquiry.
Having completed a double degree in Law and Commerce, Robert has an appreciation of the commercial issues business owners are faced with and is able to confidently offer tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of companies and businesses.
Robert’s expertise includes: advising and acting for clients in relation to the preparation of payment claims and schedules, adjudication applications and responses pursuant to the Security of Payments Act, defects claims, contract negotiation and drafting, and litigation of disputes in relation to the Home Building Act and Security of Payment Act.
Robert has experience working with a wide range of clients including a mixture of high net worth individuals and small to medium enterprises. His ability to communicate complex information is second to none and he has the ability to meet each client where they are at, ensuring the client understands the issues and what their options are.
Robert understands that clients often come to him when things have gone wrong or when they are under significant pressure. All his client relationships are built on trust, transparency and candour with a view to a cost effective and timely resolution for the legal situation at hand.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys riding motorcycles, bushwalking and socialising with family and friends.
