Chloe Head is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, having joined the firm as part of our 2019 integration with Argyle Lawyers.
An effective communicator, Chloe has the ability to clearly and logically present and work through various options with her clients. Presenting key messages clearly, succinctly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, Chloe values working with her clients throughout each stage of their matter to achieve outcomes tailored to their case.
Chloe has developed practical knowledge and experience in the areas of general commercial litigation and dispute resolution, equity and trusts, personal and corporate insolvency and regulatory investigations and prosecutions. Through this experience, she has had the opportunity to work with a diverse client base including corporations, individuals, accountants and financial advisors, trustees and beneficiaries of trusts and executors and administrators of estates on a range of litigated and non-litigated matters.
Chloe has also gained particular experience in Wills and Estates Litigation. From her early experience working in the areas of estate planning, taxation and trusts, Chloe takes a holistic approach when working with clients through what is often a difficult and emotional time. From advising and acting on behalf of clients in contested probate and Will proceedings to advising and acting on behalf on behalf of clients in respect to Family Provision Claims, Chloe is transparent with clients to ensure they feel comfortable at each stage of the litigation process.
Chloe acknowledges the importance of alternative dispute resolution and where appropriate and possible recommends and works with her clients through processes such as mediation and arbitration to achieve cost effective and timely results.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys hiking, tennis and cooking.
