Kristina is a highly capable Legal Clerk, who is a valued member of Coleman Greig’s Employment Law team. Having joined the firm as a Legal Cadet in 2016, Kristina has spent her time working closely with some of Coleman Greig’s most senior lawyers across a wide range of practice teams, including Commercial Property, Wills and Estate Planning, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Employment, Family Law and Commercial Law.
As part of her role, Kristina currently assists the Employment and Immigration Law team with the drafting of employment contracts and policies, award interpretation and award classifications, underpayment claims, unfair dismissals and adverse action claims. She also assists with immigration matters including visa applications and assists senior solicitors with both commercial and personal clients.
Kristina's strong attention to detail ensures her ability to produce consistently high-quality work at all times. Similarly, her dedication to staying abreast of changes within the employment and immigration space ensures her clients are always well informed. The best interests of the client and their business are always at the forefront for Kristina.
Passionate about communicating the law into plain English, Kristina enjoys contributing to Coleman Greig’s various blogs and legal updates, covering a wide range of legal topics such as employment law, property law and immigration.
Kristina is a student ambassador for Western Sydney University and is also a member of Western Sydney University's The Academy.
Outside of work, Kristina enjoys reading and playing the piano.
