Some examples of some recent matters that Jacqueline has assisted clients with include:

  • Binding Financial Agreements – preparation of all types;
  • Parenting – interstate and intrastate relocation, acting for non-resident and resident parents;
  • Parenting – children resistant to spending time with one parent, orders made on an undefended basis; and,
  • Property – acting for a third party who successfully argued that they had an equitable interest in matrimonial property.

Jacqueline enjoys educating others which has seen her co-author chapters in the Practitioners Guide to Family Law (5th Edition) for the Law Society of NSW Young Lawyers Guide, in relation to  Child Support and International Family Law.

Giving back to her local community is important to Jacqueline. She is a Macarthur Law Society Member and she has also previously volunteered at the Redfern Legal Centre, the Macarthur Legal Centre and Women’s Legal Service NSW.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
