Maddison is a highly capable Legal Clerk, who is a valued member within Coleman Greig’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
As part of her role, Maddison assists the team by conducting in-depth legal research, due diligence reviews, as well as the preparation of a range of documents to assist in the litigation and dispute resolution process.
Maddison’s strong attention to detail ensures her ability to produce consistently high-quality work. Similarly, her impressive capacity for researching and reviewing legislation means that she has the broader commercial interests of Coleman Greig's clients in mind, ensuring clients mitigate any business risks.
Working with senior lawyers to support clients who are seeking to begin litigation or who are in the process of court proceedings, she ensures the commercial interests of the client remain at the forefront.
Maddison believes building rapport and trust is paramount to successful representation. Patience, respect and understanding are all values that Maddison upholds.
She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and has also been an ambassador for Western Sydney University at the 10th University Scholars Leadership Symposium by Humanitarian Affairs Asia in Malaysia, 2019. She has also been a Member of The Academy at Western Sydney University since 2018 and is a member of the PASS team at Western Sydney University, where she helps facilitate students’ understanding of criminal law.
Maddison is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of International Studies at Western Sydney University.
Outside of work, Maddison volunteers with the St Vincent de Paul Society in their Soup Kitchen and is also a martial arts instructor for children. She also has a deep appreciation for good books, post-impressionism art and modern history.
