Lindsey Roberts is a Lawyer in Coleman Greig’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
She has experience across a range of legal areas, with much of her work having a focus on debt recovery claims, equitable claims, corporate and personal insolvency, competition and consumer law, property disputes, and partnership disputes.
Lindsey also has a particular interest and experience in estate disputes (Wills & Estates) including: Family Provision Claims, probate disputes, and contested will disputes.
Her extensive experience has allowed her to work in a broad range of matters with a diverse client base. She takes the time to build positive and productive relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of objectives and the complexities of litigation.
Whilst, Lindsey is a skilled advocate in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, she appreciates that many clients prefer to resolve disputes without the need for litigation. This has made her proficient in seeking out strategies which provide settlement opportunities for her clients.
Presenting key messages clearly, succinctly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, Lindsey influences effective decision-making and negotiation. Her sound reasoning skills enable her to deliver effective advice and legal solutions tailored to each individual case.
Prior to joining Coleman Greig, Lindsey worked in a mid-tier law firm in a commercial litigation role where she gained several years of pre and post admission experience.
Lindsey is currently studying a Master of Laws (LLM), Majoring in Commercial Litigation, Wills & Estates, The College of Law.
Passionate about the Western Sydney community, particularly the Macarthur region, Lindsey enjoys being an active member of her local community and attending networking events.
