Luke Mitchell

Biography

Luke Mitchell is a Principal/Director and Team Leader within Coleman Greig’s Commercial Property Team.

Luke has 20 years of extensive experience, working successfully with a diverse range of clients across many different industries.

His areas of speciality include commercial and retail leasing, shareholder and share sale agreements, customer engagement, sponsorship and distribution agreements.

Luke also acts for developers on large scale subdivision projects and assists clients in the sale of land and sale of business transactions, including compulsory acquisitions.

In addition to Property Law, Luke also has a high level of experience in Employment Law, both as an advisor and a litigator. This has placed him in a unique position of understanding the many competing factors faced by businesses.

Luke’s breadth of experience means that he is able to identify potential issues before they arise and ensure that any risks are minimised.

  • Large scale land development transaction, including dealing with significant contamination issues.
  • Regularly advises on complex leasing and land matters.
  • Advising a number of high profile tenants in respect of the Parramatta Square development.
