Alannah Green

Licensed Conveyancer

About Alannah

Licence Number 05012232

Alannah is a Licensed Conveyancer working within Coleman Greig's Conveyancing team.
Prior to receiving her conveyancing licence, Alannah spent twelve months working as a legal secretary alongside Coleman Greig's team of senior property lawyers and qualified conveyancers - a role which allowed her the opportunity to gain a strong level of experience, particularly in the drafting of property sale documents.

With her wide-reaching list of clients ranging from first homebuyers through to high-level developers and private investors, the combination of Alannah's Associate Degree in Law and the time that she has spent working closely with the firm's commercial property lawyers has helped her to develop a commercially-focused approach to the way that she handles each matter - regardless of size.

In accompaniment to her commercial outlook, Alannah takes pride in her ability to communicate with clients in a professional, yet personable and easy to understand manner - breaking the conveyancing process down into layman's terms, especially with clients going through their first property purchase.

Alannah's role sees her assisting clients with each step in their sale and/or purchase journey.  This includes the preparation of contracts for sale, ensuring that all conveyancing regulations are met prior to settlement - and wherever finance is involved, liaising with banks to ensure they are ready for settlement.

Whilst she has a particular passion for assisting clients with residential conveyancing, Alannah's knowledge and experience relating to commercial property allows her the ability to assist Coleman Greig's senior property lawyers with everything from strata title through to commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters.

Outside of her work, Alannah enjoys spending time outdoors, including taking part in a weekly netball competition, camping trips and coastal walks.
