Daniela Venerando is a highly knowledgeable Legal Clerk working within Coleman Greig's busy Family Law team. Through her time spent both assisting and working alongside the firm's team of Accredited Family Law Specialists, Daniela has developed an outstandingly thorough understanding of issues relating to a wide range of family law matters.
With a longstanding passion for assisting clients dealing with complex parenting issues, as well as more general family law matters, Daniela's notable work ethic and naturally high level of empathy allows her the ability to approach cases holistically, from both a humanistic and legally effective standpoint.
Prior to joining Coleman Greig's Family Law team, Daniela held the position of Associate to Judge Harman at the Federal Circuit Court of Australia for a period of over six years - a role that allowed her an incredibly in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the court system.
During her time with the Federal Circuit Court, Daniela was a part of the Local Consultative Committee, which focused on raising awareness of issues that required attention within the court and registry, throughout both Parramatta and Dubbo. She had a similarly high level of involvement in administering the Family Law User Satisfaction Survey, which sought to gain insight into the experiences of parties directly involved with the court.
In her down time, Daniela enjoys getting through a good book and hiking through Sydney's bushland with her dogs.
