Isabella Krstanovski is a highly capable Legal Clerk, who is a key and valued member of Coleman Greig's Commercial Advice team. Having joined the firm as a Legal Cadet in 2016, Isabella has spent her time working closely with Coleman Greig's senior lawyers across a range of legal areas, including Commercial Property, Wills and Estate Planning, Employment and Commercial Law.
As part of her role, Isabella assists the Commercial Advice team by conducting in-depth legal research, due diligence reviews, as well as preparation of a range of advice relating to both general commercial issues, and more niche matters such as compliance obligations and those associated with the Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA). She is also adept at reviewing contracts and agreements, and the drafting of various ASIC forms.
Isabella's strong attention to detail ensures her ability to produce consistently high-quality work at all times. Similarly, her impressive capacity for researching and reviewing legislation means that she has the broader commercial interests of Coleman Greig's clients in mind at all times.
In addition to her responsibilities as a Legal Clerk, Isabella is an ongoing contributor to a number of Coleman Greig's blogs and legal updates, having both personally authored and assisted with the drafting of a wide range of pieces, covering topics from Commercial Property, Brand Protection and Social Media through to Finance and Intellectual Property.
Isabella is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Business (Advanced Business Leadership)/Bachelor of Laws degree, which she is set to complete in 2020. In accompaniment to both her tertiary studies and her role with Coleman Greig , Isabella is a member of The Academy, Western Sydney University's group for academic high-achievers - as well as the University's Global Leaders Program.
