Isabella Krstanovski is a highly capable Graduate Legal Clerk, who is a key and valued member of Coleman Greig's Commercial Advice team. Having joined the firm as a Legal Cadet in 2016, Isabella has spent her time working closely with Coleman Greig's senior lawyers across a range of legal areas, including Commercial Property, Wills and Estate Planning, Employment and Commercial Law.
As part of her role, Isabella assists the Commercial Advice team by conducting in-depth legal research and due diligence reviews. Additionally, she assists in preparing a range of advice relating to general commercial issues, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003 and the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA). She is also adept at drafting and reviewing trading terms and a range of agreements, as well as various ASIC forms. She plays in integral role in assisting the Commercial Advice Team with business and share transactions.
Isabella's strong attention to detail ensures her ability to produce consistently high-quality work at all times. Similarly, her impressive capacity for researching and reviewing legislation means that she has the broader commercial interests of Coleman Greig's clients in mind at all times.
In addition to her responsibilities as a Graduate Legal Clerk, Isabella is an ongoing contributor to a number of Coleman Greig's blogs and legal updates.
Isabella has completed a combined Bachelor of Business (Advanced Business Leadership)/Bachelor of Laws degree.
