Coleman Greig is thrilled to announce that we have debuted in the ninth annual Great Place to Work Survey – Best Places to Work Australia.
Ranked 34, the results are a fantastic reflection of the way our employees feel about our workplace culture. Two-thirds of the scoring was based on our employees' responses to a randomly distributed anonymous employee survey.
The remaining third was based on an analysis of our programs and practices compared with other applicants.
Since our last survey our score has increased in 48 of the 58 questions. 91% of our staff said that Coleman Greig was a “Great Place to Work.”
The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm. Operating in all six continents, the Institute helps organisations to identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures.
In further recognition of our flexible work practices, Coleman Greig has also been announced as a finalist in the AHRI Awards in the Sir Ken Robinson Award for Workforce Flexibility category. Winners will be announced on Thursday, 1 December 2016.
