Caroline Hutchinson 

Caroline Hutchinson is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. She is also Principal Lawyer and leads the Litigation & Employment Law teams.

Caroline is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and possesses a sound understanding of the financial and governance issues affecting companies.

Passionate about the development of lawyers Caroline is known as an advocate in the legal profession. Caroline has been a member of the Litigation Law and Practice Committee of the Law Society of NSW since 2014.

Strongly committed to the community, Caroline is also the Ambassador for Coleman Greig’s Women in Business Forum, working in partnership with sponsors and the not-for-profit organisations which are supported at the events.

Malcolm Campbell

Malcolm Campbell is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. He is also Principal Lawyer and co-leads the Commercial Advice & Property Law teams.

Malcolm is also a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and is an engaging speaker, regularly presenting webinars, seminars and workshops to a wide range of audiences, from not-for-profit organisations and charities through to top tier firms and peak body groups such as LawCover, the College of Law and Legalwise CPD seminars.

For over ten years Malcolm, has been an active supporter of the Save Our Sons charity, a role which has seen him help raise public awareness and much needed funding for research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.

Adam West Family Law
Adam West

Adam West is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. As well as a Principal Lawyer and Team Leader in the firm’s Family Law team.

He is both an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and an Accredited Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator.

Adam has sat on the Legal Aid Commission of NSW Panel for Family Law Solicitors, representing clients who receive legal aid funding, and has done pro bono work through the Hawkesbury Nepean Legal Centre.

Karina Ralston

Karina Ralston is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. As well as a Principal Lawyer and Team Leader in the firm’s Family Law team.

Karina is an Accredited Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator. She has completed the Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Law, from College of Law and has been involved with Western Sydney University teaching several subjects including family law.

Karina’s involvement with the South West Sydney Legal Service and prior work with the Women’s Legal Centre includes providing pro-bono legal advice and assistance to those who may be experiencing legal difficulties. 

Luke Mitchell

Luke Mitchell is an Executive Director on the Board of Coleman Greig. He is also Principal Lawyer and co-leads the Commercial Advice & Property Law teams.

With over 15 years of extensive experience, Luke has successfully worked with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries – placing a particular focus on shareholder and share sale agreements, customer engagement, sponsorship and distribution agreements.

Luke has also acted for developers in respect of large scale residential subdivision projects. He regularly advises on commercial and retail leases as well as acts in sale of land and sale of business transactions.
