Event Terms and Conditions
Coleman Greig reserves the right to change or cancel events including times, dates, speakers and content.
Payment for events must be made in full prior to the date of the event to secure your place. No refunds will be made under any circumstances unless cancellation is received in writing more than 3 working days prior to the event.
Substitute delegates are welcome, however, details of substitute delegates must be received in writing within 24 hours prior to the event.
In registering for a Coleman Greig event, delegates grant permission to Coleman Greig, its agents and others working under its authority to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for marketing purposes.
Recording and reproduction of an event (in any format) is not permitted without the prior authorisation of Coleman Greig.
Coleman Greig reserves the right to refuse admittance to or removal from the event.
By providing us your with your personal information when making a booking to the Women in Business Events, you agree that Coleman Greig may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding future events that may be relevant to you including contacting you via electronic messaging.
You also agree that Coleman Greig may disclose your personal information to our third party Women in Business sponsors who may also contact you regarding products and services that may be relevant to you.
