About Clas
Clas Einberg was admitted as a solicitor in 1966. He became a partner in Coleman Greig in 1969 and until about 1985 conducted a broadly based Commercial and Property Law practice. From 1985 his practice was primarily in the areas of Property and Estate Law. He was Accredited as a Property Law Specialist in 1994.
Clas was for many years was involved in all forms of property transactions and provided general property advice to numerous clients, Councils and government instrumentalities.
In recent years Clas has practised almost exclusively in Estate Administration and Estate and Business Succession Planning. He is an Accredited Advisor with Family Business Australia.
He has been advisor to numerous family groups in his 44 years of practice. He is currently advising the third and fourth generations of some of those groups.
