Rick joined Coleman Greig in 2012 as part of the Robillard and Robilliard acquisition and brings a wealth of experience to the firm . He practices primarily in the areas of property, commercial law and estates. He is involved in all forms of real property transactions including negotiations, contract drafting, leases, mortgages, developments, easements, resumptions, joint ventures and subdivisions.
Rick is also experienced in corporate law with extensive expertise in intellectual property law and protecting clients' rights through a variety of mechanisms.
He also provides advice in all aspects of elder law including Enduring Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardianships, Wills, trusts and testamentary trusts.
