About Rosemary
Rosemary Carreras is a property and commercial lawyer with over 16 years experience who joined Coleman Greig in 2011 as a senior lawyer within the Property and Finance Team. The focus of her practice at Coleman Greig will be in the fields of finance and wills and estates law.
Rosemary has considerable experience in the areas of property finance, acquisition and disposal of real property, leasing and other commercial matters. She has acted for a wide variety of corporate entities including various financiers, religious entities and developers as well as acting for individuals.
In addition, Rosemary also has solid expertise in the areas of estate planning and succession law. She is experienced in giving estate planning advice, preparing wills, powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian, testamentary trusts and disability trusts. In this capacity she acts for both executors and beneficiaries on all aspects of estate administration.
