About Delvene

Delvene was admitted as a lawyer in February 2009 after completing a Masters of Law and Legal Practice at the University of Technology, Sydney and was admitted into the High Court of Australia in July 2010. In addition to this Delvene completed a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in philosophy) at the University of Sydney in 2005.

She joined Coleman Greig's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in early 2011 and practises mainly in contractual law and also general litigation. Delvene has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts.

Delvene has also been avidly following the development and increasing growth of social media in today's society and particularly the affects it may have on individuals/companies.

Delvene has studied a number of ADR courses to satisfy her keen interest in negotiation and mediation. She has been involved in a number of notable mediations where her enthusiasm to get the best results for her clients is clear.

Prior to working at Coleman Greig, Delvene worked in litigation at a small city firm where she gained a depth of experience in dealing with clients and their many needs. This experience as well as her multicultural background allows her to communicate with clients in a way they can understand.

Delvene's experience in contractual law and general litigation, combined with her passion for dispute resolution has helped in achieving great outcomes for her clients.
