About Enza
Enza was admitted as a solicitor in August 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice at the University of Western Sydney.
She joined Coleman Greig's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in 2010 with a focus primarily in the field of employment law. Her expertise and experience in this area enable her to provide advice and representation on a wide range of employment matters including; drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies, unfair dismissals and Award classification.
In addition to her employment law work, Enza has also represented clients in a range of other commercial litigation matters, with particular experience in the areas of professional negligence claims, partnership disputes and unfair contract claims.
Enza is also a registered Migration Agent providing advice to businesses on sponsoring staff for temporary and permanent residence, preparing visa applications and dealing with the Department of Immigration & Citizenship.
