Caroline Hutchinson heads up Coleman Greig’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team and is a long term employee and Associate of the firm.
Over the years, Caroline has gained considerable expertise in acting for businesses, companies and individuals who find themselves involved in disputes of a commercial and contractual nature.
An experienced litigator in the various Courts, Caroline has also developed high level skills and expertise in the alternative dispute resolution processes. In acting for her clients, Caroline aims to bring about commercial and sensible results and will use the best and most effective approach to achieve success on their behalf.
Caroline has particular expertise in asbestos litigation, having defended claims in the Dust Diseases Tribunal for numerous years, and has a strong understanding of the complexities involved in that unique jurisdiction.
In addition, she acts for parties involved in estate disputes and in matters concerning guardianship and financial management issues. She also has an interest in assisting charities and Not for Profit organisations who are beneficiaries of an estate and may find themselves involved in this type of litigation.
