Rebecca Hegarty is a senior lawyer within our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team and enthusiastically heads up ‘CG Collect’, our specialised debt recovery unit.
With a depth of experience and a passion for debt recovery and insolvency, Rebecca is a natural choice for clients seeking advice on all aspects of credit management.
Rebecca understands that maintaining cash flow and recovering debts can be stressful and appear overwhelming. She aims to take the stress out of the process and keep it simple.
With an approach that focuses on providing clear, practical advice and commercial solutions, Rebecca helps clients improve their bottom line. She is an experienced advocate before the courts as well as being a dedicated proponent of alternative dispute resolution.
