Rita Khodeir is a registered trade marks attorney and commercial lawyer/litigator at Coleman Greig and works with clients to advocate practical and cost-effective strategies in managing their trade marks portfolios and general intellectual property (IP) protection.
Rita manages the trade marks portfolios for a diverse range of clients from a wide variety of industries including subsidiaries of multi-nationals, new and fast-growing companies, family-owned businesses that are protecting their assets for the next generation, franchisors, distributors, retailers and wholesalers.
With extensive litigation experience in IP, Rita adopts a collaborative and practical approach in advising clients on trade marks registration and enforcement of IP rights. In line with her firm belief that prevention is better than cure, Rita is committed to educating clients about the importance of IP protection and regularly presents at IP seminars for clients, industry associations and within the legal sector.
