With an approach that focuses on providing clear, practical advice and commercial solutions, Rebecca helps clients improve their bottom line. She is an experienced advocate before the courts as well as being a dedicated proponent of alternative dispute resolution.
As an additional product offering, Rebecca has developed a niche area of practice in advising on all aspects of the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (cth) (PPSA) so that clients are kept well informed and understand their rights and options.

In addition to her legal qualifications, Rebecca has completed a Commercial Mediation course through the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre and is a Professional Member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
