CG Partnerships

At Coleman Greig we believe in the value of sharing knowledge. As a practice we form partnerships with clients and other service providers across the region to deliver business and learning opportunities that would otherwise not be possible: benefiting our clients, our community and our staff.

 

 

Coleman Greig is a member of AustLaw, an independent association of law firms located across metropolitan and regional New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. Member firms are able to share expertise across the group and lawyers within the association have access to regular professional development opportunities.

 

 

Coleman Greig’s Women in Business Forum was established in early 2007 in response to the growing need for a professional networking forum for female executives across the region. Women in Business features high profile guest speakers and presenters, and attracts senior businesswomen, business owners and professionals to events throughout each calendar year.

 

 

Coleman Greig is a founding member of this group of lawyers with a specific interest and training, in the process of collaborative law – a non-adversarial process that resolves disputes through party-to-party negotiation and removes the need for clients to attend Court.

 

 

Family Business Australia, the association for family-owned businesses across Australia, partners with Coleman Greig to provide professional development and educational briefings for members. With expertise in assisting family-owned businesses and the unique legal issues and challenges they face, CG provides professional advice and guidance through this series of briefings, seminars and articles.

 

 

Coleman Greig has partnered with the UWS Law School and ACLA to develop relevant briefings and updates for members of ACLA. These briefings provide in-house counsel/lawyers with information on issues of relevance to their organisation.

 

The firm has also been aligned with the University for many years through the provision of an annual Cadetship Program for UWS law students.  

 

 

Coleman Greig is an active and involved member of ALPMA, an association designed to encourage non-competitive information sharing between legal practices and facilitate access to resources that would otherwise not be available to individual law firms.
